If the artwork doesn’t satisfy you entirely, you have 7 business days from receipt of the artwork to return it in its original package. Unfortunately, after 7 days of I am unable to offer refund or exchanges.
To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning item, you must use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.
I am not able to offer refunds in the following cases:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
